"I did my first Bikini Competition July 8th, 2017 Battle on the Bay. As I was preparing for this competition my body experienced different great changes. I started working out when I was 17 years old. I did CrossFit for a year and incorporated some gym workouts as well. But never really had a diet until I thought about participating in a Body Building competition. I then started going to Ultimate Fitness Center where I started to meet people that would do Bodybuilding competitions. And I started to get more interest in this sport. I met great new people that helped me a lot. And well I then found out about Brandon Arnold that he is a very great nutritionist.
