Brandon Arnold

My passion for fitness began at an early age. Upon graduating high school, I was committed to continuing my education in pursuit of becoming a respected fitness professional and making this lifelong career path. Fast forward many years later and I have earned a degree from Stephen F Austin State University in Kinesiology with a minor in nutrition dietetics, obtained professional certifications from nationally accredited organizations in training and nutrition, competed at a high level in natural pro bodybuilding, and continue to have the privilege of being trusted to educate, train, and coach individuals towards reaching their specific fitness goals.
